URGENT? If you are on your way to an event and feel it's urgent, please speak with a team member when you arrive on site, we are unable to assist with last minute changes to bookings.

Once confirmed, your ticket and any transaction fee will not be refunded or exchanged, except as provided for in the LPA Code or as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

Try to get there as quickly as you can and speak with our team on the door. They will fit you in the following session if they have spare seats. There's no guarantee, but there's often space.

DO YOU ENFORCE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER WARNINGS?

AGE

Yes, the warnings are in place for health and safety reasons.

If you purchase a ticket and disregard the warnings, you will not be entitled to a refund.

SHOW WARNINGS

The following warnings are listed to assist anyone with particular fears, anxieties or needs have a better understanding of the nature of the experience.

CLAUSTROPHOBIA & FEAR OF DARK

Each DARKFIELD container experience takes place in complete darkness inside of a 40ft shipping container.

There are lights on when you enter, find your seat and exit the show.

Depending on severity, if you are claustrophobic or scared of the dark, these shows may not be suitable for you. 

AGE WARNINGS

No admittance to persons under 13, due to the nature of the experiences.

Persons aged 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.

CONTENT THEMES

Fear and anxiety is subjective, certain individuals may find the following show themes triggering:

FLIGHT: flying, plane crash
SÉANCE: supernatural, ghosts
COMA: medical, lying in the dark
EULOGY: death, elevators, fire

LIGHT SENSITIVITY - FLIGHT ONLY

There is no strobe effect deployed in the show, however there is a short burst of flashing lights, similar to lightning.

AUDIO SENSITIVITY / HEARING

EAR COMFORT: Over-ear drummer headphones are worn, so large dangly earrings are not advised.

LOUD NOISE: Please note that the noise can sometime be loud and the headphones are not adjustable. The shows are safe, but if you are sensitive to loud noise you can remove the headphones if during parts that you feel uncomfortable.

TWO EARS: The shows use different audio in each ear, due to the nature of binaural sound giving it a three dimensional quality. Audience members with hearing loss in one ear will not experience the full quality of the experience.

HEART CONDITIONS - NO ADMITTANCE

Due to the dark conditions in all experiences, those with heart conditions are not admitted.

BACK CONDITIONS - FLIGHT + SEANCE

Due to jolting movement during the show, persons with back conditions will not be admitted to FLIGHT or SÉANCE.

PREGNANCY - FLIGHT + SEANCE

Due to jolting movement during the show, pregnant persons will not be admitted to FLIGHT or SÉANCE.

POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER

On rare occasions, persons with PTSD have found being in a dark container triggering. Please consider your personal circumstances to decide whether this may be relevant to you.
