WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll lie down, put on headphones, and the lights will go out completely. 360-degree sound will guide you through a collective experiment on the edge of consciousness. The experience lasts 25 minutes. You may feel deeply relaxed. Some people feel like they're drifting between sleep and waking. That's part of the design.
